Genuine – if you carry out searches on some of the product sourcing search engines, you will receive vast numbers of responses, but most will be re-sellers, who will claim to be the manufacturer, but sub-contract any orders to other companies to be fulfilled, taking a healthy commission in the process. Being based “in country”, we can bypass the resellers to find the genuine producers.

Honest – There are still many manufacturers which will produce perfect samples then supply far lower quality products when the first or second order is placed. We can do as much as is possible to ensure they supply the quality required on each and every occasion.

Reliable – many will also let the supply date slip, so products are shipped weeks or months later than agreed. We will keep pressure on the factories to ensure that our clients aren’t “forgotten”.

In the correct market sector – Oriental manufacturers are set up to meet different market requirements – some are only interested in massive orders – multiple container loads of items every month. Others are happy to supply smaller orders, but they are less common and their unit prices will be higher than the mass market companies. Then there are the small bespoke companies, which are the most difficult to find. Their quality is often the very best, but although Far Eastern manufacture is considerably less expensive than the West, labour intensive production costs
